In November 2019, Molly got invited to a friend from college’s birthday party. Molly arrived at the party and met up with her friend who introduced her to some of the guests she had never met before. One of these guests was Caleb, who went to high school with the birthday girl. They started talking and as the party moved from the dive bar to Dave and Buster’s, they bonded over a game of Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games and their shared love of running. Before the night ended, they exchanged numbers with plans to meet up for a run. Instead a few weeks later Molly (very bravely) invited Caleb out for a drink at Rayback, a local beer garden in Boulder which happened to be Caleb’s favorite spot...

In 2021, Caleb finished grad school and got a job offer in Tucson, AZ. A year later, Molly finished her own grad school program and made the big decision to move to Tucson to live with Caleb.

After 4 years together, Caleb proposed to Molly at his favorite spot on Martha’s Vineyard.
